MILLER, Chief Judge.

A DeKaib County jury convicted Victor Varner of one count of armed robbery (OCGA § 16-8-41). Varner appeals from the trial court's order denying his motion for a new trial, contending that his constitutional rights were violated because (1) the State failed to disclose a deal with Varner's accomplice and elicited misleading testimony from her at trial and (2) his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance by failing to adequately cross-examine his accomplice.
