The above-captioned matter is presently before this court on defendants’ preliminary objections to plaintiff’s complaint in mandamus. Plaintiff’s complaint alleges that plaintiff is the owner of and presently resides at 1010 West Second Street in the City of Chester, Delaware County, Pa. Plaintiff further alleges that she is disabled and indigent and that her sole source of income is from Social Security Disability Benefits and Veteran’s Benefits.
