The application for the writ of error in this case, though in the names of the Chicago and South Side Rapid Transit Railroad Company, the mortgagor of the property the foreclosure of which it is sought to set aside, and the Title Guarantee and Trust Company, was made and is prosecuted by certain stockholders of the railroad company, for the use of themselves and all other stockholders similarly situated.
