The Court heard argument on December 14, 2007, took the matter under advisement, and requested supplemental briefs from Petitioner State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”) and Respondents Atiqur R. K. Eusufzai and Farida Eusufzai (“the Eusufzais”).
