Bitzmart, Inc. (Bitzmart) and Stealth MediaLabs, Inc. (Stealth MediaLabs) (collectively Appellants) appeal from the trial court’s judgment in favor of Gene Schen-berg (Respondent) on Respondent’s claims for compensation due at the time of his termination from employment with, and the value of his shares of company stock in, Bitzmart.
