OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, DHL Express (USA), Inc. (DHL), appeals the decision of the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas, denying its motion for the return of a privileged document and a protective order.1 We affirm the decision of the common pleas court.

{¶ 2} Although not the subject of this interlocutory appeal, on June 2, 2006, plaintiff-appellee, Air-Ride, Inc. (Air-Ride), filed a breach of contract claim against DHL after DHL was assigned a Master Line-Haul Agreement negotiated between Air-Ride and ABX Air, Inc. (ABX).
