Upon the allowance of the court of quarter sessions of Columbia county an appeal was entered by the directors of the poor of Schuylkill county from an order of removal of Harvey Gearhart from the poor district of Mifflin township in Columbia county to the poor district of the county of Schuyl*614kill.
