MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MORAN, District Judge.

Claimant Judith Miyoshi applied for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits under Sections 1602 and 1614(a)(3)(A) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1382c(a)(3)(A), alleging disability due to severe migraine headaches, varicose veins, peptic ulcers and a seizure disorder. Her application was denied by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) and she now seeks review pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
