This was a suit brought by the plaintiff in error in the district court of Carter county, Okla., on the 18th day -of August, 1919, against a nonresident administrator and the heirs at law of Robert J. Woulfe, deceased, all nonresidents of this state, in the nature of specific performance of a contract and to recover and have set off to him a half interest in real estate situated in Carter county, Okla.
