After a non jury trial defendant was convicted of five counts of receiving stolen goods with knowledge that same had been stolen (Pen. Code, § 496). He was sentenced to three months in the county jail on each count, sentences to run concurrently, and probation granted for a period of six months. He appeals from the judgment (per Pen. Code, § 1237, subd. 1), and an order denying his motion for new trial.
