The appellant who was plaintiff below sustained slight personal injuries and his truck was damaged when a collision occurred with a Checker Cab Company vehicle at a point on Highway 67-70 where the thoroughfare is intersected by the Boyle Park road west of Little Rock. Papan was insured by the Resolute Company. It indemnified—subject to a deduction of $50—for any loss he might sustain if the truck should be damaged by a third party.
