Plaintiffs are suing Adam Brook Colter and Jonathan Colter for defamation and intentional interference with advantageous relations based on statements they made on or through, and their actions in setting up and managing, a Facebook page called “Boycott Clay Nissan,” a related online petition at another website, and a Twitter account used to distribute the Colters’ Facebook posts by text messages (Tweets).
