|aDefendant seeks review of his conviction and sentence for failure to register as a sex offender in violation of La. R.S. 15:542. For the following reasons, we affirm.

Procedural History

On August 16, 2013, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office filed a bill of information charging defendant, Denis Flores, with failure to register as a sex offender in violation of La.
