The appellant, Larry A. Workman, was found guilty of arson in the second degree in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. §28-503(1) (Reissue 1979). He appeals from that order, maintaining that the trial court should have sustained his motion to dismiss, made both at the close of the State’s case and again at the close of all the evidence, for the reason that the evidence introduced at the trial was, as a matter of law, insufficient to submit the case to the jury.
