Lebum Smith (“Smith”) appeals his conviction in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands1 for kidnapping for ransom, false imprisonment, *716first-degree assault and grand larceny. For the reasons stated below, we will affirm Smith’s conviction in its entirety.
