In addition to citing by name those of decedent’s distributees who were known, citation was also served upon those of decedent’s distributees, who were unknown, by publication. No attack is made upon the papers upon which the order of publication was based.

The probate has not gone to decree. Objections were filed by one of the known distributees and a special guardian appointed for those of the unknowns who might be infants and those who might be in the military service.
