Case Summary

In fall 2011 a deadly accident occurred when Frederick T. Bazeley Ill’s motorcy cle collided with a thirty-seven-foot trailer being hauled by Robert Price’s flatbed truck. Frederick Bazeley Jr., as Personal Representative of the Estate of Frederick T. Bazeley III (“Bazeley’s Estate”), now appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Price and Sampson Fiberglass, Inc. in Bazeley Estate’s action for wrongful death as a result of the collision.
