1Opinion of the CourtCobb, J.
Baker sued the City of Rome for damages alleged to have been received on account of personal injuries. The *348jury returned a verdict in his favor, and the defendant’s motion for a new trial having been overruled, it excepted. No error of law is alleged to have been committed during the progress of the trial, and the sole question for our consideration is whether or not the verdict is contrary to law because without evidence to support it.
