Suit for divorce by Haines L. Phillips against Elva E. Phillips, wherein defendant filed a cross-complaint. The defendant was awarded decree of divorce and the custody of the child, and from a subsequent order awarding the custody of the child to defendant, plaintiff appeals.

AFFIRMED. REHEARING DENIED. This is a controversy over the custody of a minor child, Jo Ann Phillips, now approaching her seventh birthday.
