Appellant First American Title Insurance Company has appealed an order entered by the bankruptcy court granting summary judgment to debtor Bryan Pazdzierz in an adversary proceeding brought by First American to declare certain obligations nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). First American had furnished commitments to issue title insurance policies to lenders who eventually suffered extensive financial losses as a result of a fraudulent real estate scheme perpetrated by one Randy Saylor.
