MEMORANDUM OPINION
MARTIN V. B. BOSTETTER, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
L. T. Souder, Inc., the bankrupt, upon motion of the trustee, Robert 0. Tyler, Esquire, requested that the Court enter an order assessing administrative expenses and costs of collection against certain property presently in the trustee’s sole and exclusive possession, consisting of cash representing an account receivable subject to a lien in favor of the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”).
