This is a declaratory judgment proceeding which involves the construction of the will of Charles W. Sidles. The ydU follows:

“I, Charles W. Skiles, of the County of Warren and State of Kentucky, feeling and realizing the uncertainty of life and certainty of death do hereby make this my last will and testament.
