MEMORANDUM OPINION

REGGIE B. WALTON, District Judge.

The plaintiff in this civil case filed her Complaint pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552 (2006), asserting that the defendant improperly withheld agency records that she requested through the FOIA. Complaint (“Compl.”) ¶ 1.
