In this case the bill shows that John Wood, as the administrator of the estate of Richard Martin, deceased, did, on the 20th day of December, 1858, proceed and sell certain lands belonging to the estate of said deceased at public outcry in the town of Autaugaville, in the county of Autauga, in this State, under a decree of the probate court of said county, granted for that purpose; that at said sale James A.
