In this child support action, Eric Johnson (Johnson) argues he was not properly notified of the registration of his foreign child support order and was improperly found in contempt for violation of the child support order. We affirm.
FACTS
On March 20, 1998, Johnson was personally served with a summons and complaint concerning a child support matter from the North Carolina Department of Social Services (NCDSS) on behalf of Natlynn Jimmerson, the mother of Johnson’s biological child.
