Sudolnik, J.), entered June 1, 1993, which granted defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence and a post-arrest statement by defendant, who had been charged with one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the case remanded for further proceedings.
