Peter Poulakis, plaintiff, appeals from certain orders of the circuit court and a jury verdict in favor of Taylor Rental Center, Inc., defendant. Plaintiff sought to recover damages for injuries he allegedly sustained as a result of a defective trailer he rented from defendant.
