On tbe 3rd day of November, 1926, E. F. Watson and S. Sternberg docketed tbeir notice of motion for judgment in detinue against McClure Grocery Company, Incorporated, under tbe provisions of section 6064 of tbe Code. In tbe notice tbe property claimed by plaintiffs is described as ‘‘One saw-mill, a tram road, including tbe steel rails, a locomotive, four log cars, one log loader and skidder, one boister engine and all tbe tools and equipments used in connection with tbe above described property, all of wbicb property was a short time ago located…
