Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment for $6,500.00 for personal injuries and damages to appellee’s buggy and harness received in an automobile accident alleged to have been caused by the negligence of appellant.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Washington and Green streets in the city of Henderson. At the time of the accident appellee was driving east in a buggy on Washington street and appellant was driving north in an automobile on Green street.
