Douglas, J.), entered June 10, 2015, which to the extent appealed from as limited by the brief, denied defendants’ motion to compel discovery of plaintiff’s medical, psychological, psychiatric, and academic records, and income tax returns, unanimously modi fied, on the law, to grant the motion to the extent of requiring plaintiff to provide authorizations for production of his medical, psychological, and psychiatric records, for the period beginning five years before the accident, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
