FOLLAND, Justice.

This is an original proceeding to obtain a writ of prohibition restraining and prohibiting the operation of the state alcohol warehouse by the warehouse manager, and the collection of fees and charges in connection therewith by the Attorney General. The case is presented on general demurrer to plaintiff’s petition.
