Error to a judgment of the Chancery Court of the city of Richmond on a motion to admit a will to probate. Judgment •for the defendants. Plaintiff assigns error.

A jury was empaneled in the Chancery Court of the city of Kichmond, to determine whether or not a certain paper writing, purporting to he the last will and testament of James A. Wallen, deceased, he the true last will and testament of said James A. Wallen. The jury found that the paper writing, hearing date the 16th day of January, 1904, and offered for *146probate as tbe last will and testament of James A.
