This case came before the Court on the Defendant’s motion for summary judgment on the grounds that this suit is barred by sovereign immunity, and that, if not so barred, the provisions of the faculty handbook relied upon by the Plaintiffs are not enforceable contract provisions; and on the Plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment on the ground that there was a contract between the parties and that the Defendant breached that contract by its improper promulgation of certain curriculum changes.
