SPURLOCK, Justice.

Paula Jean Ragsdale is seeking to recover her community interest in the property acquired by herself and her husband, Darrell Ragsdale, during their marriage to each other.

This suit was originally brought in a district court on December 6, 1971. The first amended original petition of plaintiff reflected that these parties were divorced from each other on June 10, 1971, in the Domestic Relations Court No. 1 of Tarrant County, Texas.
