Appellant’s statement of the nature and result of this suit, the correctness of which appellee concedes, is as follows:
This is an appeal from a judgment in a Workmen’s Compensation case. Plaintiff filed her original petition on September 27, 1954, alleging that she injured her right foot, ankle and leg while working for her employer, Montgomery Ward & Company, Inc., in Texas City, Texas, and that as a result of such injury she sustained a 20% partial permanent disability to her right leg below the knee.
