TEIGEN, Judge.

Hazelton-Moffit Special School District No. 6 is the petitioner. It filed two petitions against the board members and officers of two former school districts praying for a writ of mandamus to compel the respondents individually and as such board members and officers of the former school districts to pay over and release to the petitioner all properties and assets in their hands belonging to the former districts.
