Holt, Justice.

The appellants appeal from the order of the district court affirming an order of the probate court denying their petition to extend the time for filing*claims against the estate of Max Wishnick, deceased, and permitting them to file their claim.

The findings of fact are in short these: Appellants owned two lots in the city of Mankato which by written lease, dated October 8, 1929, they let to Max Wishnick for a term of 15 years from February 1, 1930, for the agreed rental of $16,200, payable at the rate of $90 per month.
