This is an application to receive the proceeds of causes of action arising from decedent’s death and to judicially account therefor. Objections to the account based upon the proposed allocation of the entire proceeds of the recovery to the wrongful death action have been filed by a claimant against decedent’s estate. Objectant’s claim arises from the same accident which resulted in decedent’s death.
