This is an appeal by plaintiff-appellant, Evelyn E. Firestone, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County entered December 10, 1971 in favor of her father and mother, defendants-respondents, Harry and Edna Yoffie. The issue involves the validity of a gift of certain shares of stock in various corporations by Harry Yof-fie to his daughter Evelyn. The court decreed that there was no gift of the shares of stock of these corporations to the plaintiff Evelyn or her mother Edna.
