MORRISON, Presiding Judge.
The offense is driving while intoxicated as a second offender; the punishment, 10 days in jail and a fine of $200.00.
City Marshall Lee testified that at three o’clock in the morning he observed an automobile being driven on the wrong side of the street in Stratford, that it then pulled to the opposite side and up over the curb, and he brought it to a halt. The appellant was the driver, was alone, and fell in the street after the officer got him out of the automobile.
