This is a claim on behalf of Franklin and Marshall College, residuary legatee in the estate of Caroline S. Keiper, deceased, for $11,200, representing unpaid annuities provided for said Caroline S. Keiper by the will of her deceased husband, Lanious B. Keiper. In a prior adjudication, a sufficient sum was impounded for future distribution, pending the final determination of the matter in dispute.
