The appellant, as Federal Security Administrator, appeals from a judgment of the District Court which reversed a decision of the Federal Security Administrator denying the claim of appellee as executor of the estate of Charles L. Warner, deceased, to certain primary insurance benefits of said deceased as a wage-earner under the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. § 301 et seq.
