In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Doyle, J), dated November 1, 2004, which granted the *724defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The plaintiffs allege that while the injured plaintiff, Albert Colao, was delivering flowers to the defendant’s premises, he sustained injuries when he tripped over a curb leading from the parking area to the walkway entrance in front of the premises.
