ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS MOTION TO DISMISS

THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on Defendant’s motion to dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint and the Court having heard the arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, makes the following findings.

FINDINGS OF FACT

1. Plaintiff filed an action to evict Defendant on October 18, 1991, for non-payment of rent.
