— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Aiello, J.), rendered May 17, 1983, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. This appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of wiretaps (Adler, J.).
