Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Freehill, J.), rendered March 21, 2008, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the. denial, after a *1177hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence and his statements to law enforcement officials.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
