In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, in the nature of a mandamus, inter alia, to compel the respondents to reach a determination on the petitioner’s application for a zoning change, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Martin, J.), dated March 11, 1985, which dismissed the proceeding, and from so much of an order of the same court, entered April 18, 1985, as, upon *385renewal and reargument, adhered to the original determination.

Appeal from the judgment dismissed. The judgment was superseded by the order entered April 18, 1985.
