This case comes to this Court from the Circuit Court of Bradley County, Tennessee, and involves the validity of the will of James I. Thatch.
The paper writing, purporting to be his will, in its original form is filed with the record, consisting of two sheets of paper, the first sheet of which is R. 262 and the second sheet has no record number on it. It is typewritten, except the date, the signature of the testator and the signature of the witnesses, which are all in longhand ink.
