MEMORANDUM OPINION , AND ORDER

This case is on appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Case No. 13-20227. In an oral ruling on March 11, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court denied BMO Harris Bank, N.A.’s motion to dismiss the Debtors’ Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(a). Before the Court is BMO Harris Bank, N.A.’s appeal of that decision. [See 1.] For the reasons set forth below, the Bankruptcy Court’s decision is vacated and the case is remanded for reconsideration…
