— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lonschein, J.), dated April 10, 1987, which granted the respondents’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as against them, and (2) an order of the same court dated May 14, 1987, which denied the plaintiff’s motion to "reargue and renew”.

Ordered that the appeal from the order dated May 14, 1987 is dismissed; and it is further,

Ordered that the order dated April 10, 1987 is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law,…
